Rental Agreement

A security deposit of $1000.00 is authorized the day before your trip begins. It is released within 5 days after the trip ends or sooner unless any damages need to be looked at.

Cancellation: Once a deposit is made you agree to the agreement. If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to departure, there is no refund. If you cancel 31 days or prior to your departure your booking deposit will not be refunded for administration reasons. We the north rv are not responsible for any events you may be going to that are cancelled for any reason. You would have to consider another venue.

Prohibited: No smoking of any substance in units otherwise will void your $1000 security deposit. Including any violation of the rental agreement. DISCLAIMER: liability, personal accident insurance, personal effects, roadside assistance, emergency sickness insurance and not limited to loss damage waiver. YOU are also responsible for any tolls plus fees, penalties, fines, liens, storage costs, towing, any legal fees and expenses. Only authorized drivers that are approved can tow the unit. Even though the units are checked daily from our maintenance department, you are responsible for flat tires. Each unit is equipped with a spare tire.
